Parcel-2
Based on the ministerial council endorsement, Parcel-II of Phase-I area of KNC shall be constructed on the land with private ownership. Parcel-II is a floating area within Phase-I area of KNC where the exact location of Parcel-II will be determined during assessment of tender proposals.
 
Conditions for choosing the location:
  • Preferably, Parcel-II will be located in the vicinity of Parcel-I
  • Parcel-II will have access to Kabul-Bagram Road
  • Parcel-II would accommodate approximately 12,000 housing units over approximately 550 ha of privately owned land.
 
Specifications of Parcel-II:
Parcel-II will have different land use categories such as:
  • individual residential houses (high, mid and low densities);
  • apartment houses (high, mid and low densities)
  • Commercial areas (local district and central)
  • Parks (principle and community)
  • Public facilities
